DynastyPrivacy Policy

Dynasty is a game that runs as a Telegram Mini App and the bot @DynastyStateBot (the “Game”). This policy explains what data the Game processes and why. Contact: @DynastySupportRefund.
What we collect
- Telegram profile data passed by Telegram when you open the Game: your Telegram user ID, first name, username (if any) and language code. We do not receive your phone number or contacts.
- Game data: your family, characters, decisions, in-game currency (DST), businesses, chronicle, ranking score, daily goals and cosmetics.
- Technical data: your local time-zone offset (to send notifications during the day), the referral link you came from, and game events used for statistics (for example “first business opened”, “purchase”), linked to your Telegram ID.
- Purchases: for payments in Telegram Stars we store the Telegram payment charge ID, the product and the amount of Stars. We never see or store card or bank details — payments are processed by Telegram.
How we use it
- To run the Game and keep your progress on the server.
- To show the public ranking: your family surname, crest, generation and score are visible to other players. Your Telegram name is shown to a friend you invited.
- To send bot notifications about your game (no more than a few per day, not at night). You can turn them off in the Game settings or by blocking the bot.
- To deliver purchases exactly once, handle refunds and prevent abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Game is played and improve its balance.
We do not sell personal data, do not show ads and do not share data with advertisers.
Where data is stored
The Game runs on Cloudflare (Workers, Durable Objects, D1). Data is processed by Cloudflare as our hosting provider and by Telegram as the platform. Data may be processed outside your country.
How long we keep it
Game data is kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for payment and refund obligations. Statistics events are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it by writing to @DynastySupportRefund from the Telegram account you play with. Deleting data erases your family and progress and cannot be undone.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. Telegram itself requires users to meet its minimum age.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.

- Покупки: для оплат у Telegram Stars ми зберігаємо ідентифікатор платежу Telegram, товар і кількість Stars. Дані карток і рахунків ми не бачимо й не зберігаємо — оплату обробляє Telegram.
Як ми їх використовуємо
- Щоб Гра працювала і ваш прогрес зберігався на сервері.
- Для публічного рейтингу: прізвище роду, герб, покоління й вагу роду бачать інші гравці. Ваше ім'я з Telegram бачить друг, якого ви запросили.
- Для сповіщень бота про вашу гру (не більше кількох на добу, не вночі). Їх можна вимкнути в налаштуваннях Гри або заблокувавши бота.
- Щоб нарахувати покупку рівно один раз, обробити повернення й запобігти зловживанням.
- Щоб у загальному вигляді розуміти, як грають, і покращувати баланс.
Ми не продаємо персональні дані, не показуємо рекламу й не передаємо дані рекламодавцям.
Де зберігаються дані
Гра працює на Cloudflare (Workers, Durable Objects, D1). Дані обробляє Cloudflare як хостинг-провайдер і Telegram як платформа. Обробка може відбуватися поза вашою країною.
Скільки зберігаємо
Ігрові дані — поки акаунт активний. Записи покупок — стільки, скільки потрібно для зобов'язань щодо оплат і повернень. Події статистики — до 24 місяців.
Ваші права
Можна попросити копію своїх даних або їх видалення, написавши в @DynastySupportRefund з того акаунта Telegram, яким ви граєте. Видалення стирає рід і прогрес безповоротно.
Діти
Гра не призначена для дітей до 13 років. Telegram також вимагає мінімального віку користувачів.
