By playing Dynasty (the Telegram Mini App and the bot @DynastyStateBot, the “Game”) you agree to these terms and to the Telegram Terms of Service for Mini Apps. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game
Dynasty is an entertainment product set in a fictional world. Its events, cities and characters are invented. Nothing in the Game is financial, investment or legal advice.
In-game currency
DST (dState) is an in-game currency only. It has no monetary value, is not a cryptocurrency or token, cannot be bought directly, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and exists only inside the Game.
Purchases in Telegram Stars
- The Game offers optional digital items for Telegram Stars: Dynasty Pass, extra years of life, a second chance and cosmetic items. Prices are shown before payment.
- Items are delivered to your family immediately after a successful payment. Dynasty Pass is a one-time purchase for your whole family line.
- Digital items are licensed, not sold, and have no value outside the Game.
- If an item could not be delivered, the Stars are refunded automatically. For other payment questions or refund requests write to @DynastySupportRefund (also available with the /paysupport command in the bot). Refunds are made in Telegram Stars in accordance with Telegram rules.
Fair play
Do not use bots, scripts, bugs, multiple accounts to farm referral rewards, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the Game. We may reset progress, remove ranking entries or restrict access for violations. Family names that are offensive or impersonate others may be changed.
Availability and changes
The Game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change the balance, content and features, or discontinue the Game; in that case we will announce it in the bot in advance where possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to the Game is limited to the amount of Stars you spent in the Game during the last 12 months.

Гра
Dynasty — розважальний продукт у вигаданому світі. Події, міста й персонажі вигадані. Ніщо в Грі не є фінансовою, інвестиційною чи юридичною порадою.
Ігрова валюта
DST (dState) — лише ігрова валюта. Вона не має грошової вартості, не є криптовалютою чи токеном, її не можна купити напряму, продати, передати, обміняти чи вивести; вона існує тільки в Грі.
Покупки за Telegram Stars
- Гра пропонує необов'язкові цифрові товари за Telegram Stars: Dynasty Pass, додаткові роки життя, другу спробу й косметику. Ціна показується до оплати.
- Товар нараховується роду одразу після успішної оплати. Dynasty Pass купується один раз для всього роду.
- Цифрові товари надаються як ліцензія, а не продаються, і не мають вартості поза Грою.
- Якщо товар не вдалося нарахувати, Stars повертаються автоматично. З іншими питаннями щодо оплат чи повернень пишіть у @DynastySupportRefund (також команда /paysupport у боті). Повернення — у Telegram Stars за правилами Telegram.
Чесна гра
Заборонено використовувати ботів, скрипти, помилки, кілька акаунтів для фарму реферальних нагород чи інші способи отримати нечесну перевагу або порушити роботу Гри. За порушення ми можемо скинути прогрес, прибрати запис із рейтингу чи обмежити доступ. Образливі прізвища роду або ті, що імітують чужі, можуть бути змінені.
Доступність і зміни
Гра надається «як є». Ми намагаємося, щоб вона працювала, але не гарантуємо безперервної роботи. Ми можемо змінювати баланс, контент і функції або припинити Гру; про це по можливості повідомимо в боті заздалегідь.
Відповідальність
У межах, дозволених законом, наша відповідальність, пов'язана з Грою, обмежена сумою Stars, витрачених вами в Грі за останні 12 місяців.
